Default Baileys

Is this going to spoil on me, 5 days into a hopefully sunny summer trip?

Should I stick to ameretto?

Should be fine

Baileys shelf life
Baileys is the only cream liqueur that guarantees its taste for 2 years from the day it was made, opened or unopened, stored in the fridge or not when stored away from direct sunlight at a temperature range of 0-25 degrees centigrade.

One of the keys to achieving this 2 year shelf-life is in our patented process of blending of fresh Irish cream with the spirits and the whiskey without the use of preservatives. The alcohol acts as a natural preservative for the product.

Under normal conditions of storage Baileys has a shelf-life of 30 months.

I'm planning to have it at night, so won't bother with coffee (I'll be wanting some sleep by then)..

As un Mad Men as it is to admit, Vodka's about the only one I can stand, straight.. And that's only because I was forced to acquire a taste for it in Ukraine..

Whiskey, Scotch, rum, tequila, etc. I can't get out of my mouth fast enough, unless it's in a mixed drink.

I haven't tried that stuff, either.

I think I tried Sothern Comfort once.. Kicked like a mule. One high ball of that, and my mouth felt like it was stuffed with cotton and I was floating above my body, watching myself talk.. LOL
