Default Gimme some ideas: car camping food w/Hibachi

My wife and I are heading to Birkenhead Lake tomorrow for some car camping at the Provincial Park. Taking the tent, hibachi, mountain bikes (plan to bike around the trails once set up)...etc.

I just can't decide what to buy at the store tonight for grilling though!! Ruled out hamburgers & hotdogs, because that's all we ate 2 weeks ago when at Kettle Valley Park. Steaks and chicken breasts are an idea we had. Nugget potatos too. Possibly shishkabobs.
There must be more I'm missing. So c'mon, gimme some ideas fellow outdoor chefs.

How about some Maui Ribs. Already marinated and you can pick them up at Safeway. Or some salmon. A little lemon, rosemary and greek seasoning. mmmmm

I personally would go with a few kebabs or souvlaki.

Now where did I park my dam bike?

Corn on the cob, cooked in tin foil. Freaking YUUUUUUUUUM. Put some spices on it, roll it up, cook, eat, drool.

Great ideas all! We just went and bought some marinated steak, seasoned chicken breasts, skewers, veggies, pitas, nugget potatos, and corn on the cob. Can't wait to cook it tonight!
Thanks again for the ideas.
