Off topic - so sue me!!!!
 
I'm planning on making some hot buffalo chicken wings for this going away party next week. Thought I'd be able to find a premade sauce or marinade but didn't meet with any success today. Any suggestions from you wing ho's? <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

I simply buy the premade mixes at Safeway. They are little pouches of Hot Buffalo Wing mix that you shake the wings in to give them a good coating before baking or BBQing them, like good old Shake and Bake mix.

The only secret is to throw in some halepeno pepper seeds, and maybe a bit of left over Tabasco sauce that's been in my fridge for a year or so - Moo Ha HAHAHAHA. I definaltey kick up the heat a few notches !

I don't like these people enough to use my covetted Chipotle Tobasco Sauce...they can have the sissy Frank's Hot Sauce!

So you like it Hot !
I recommend the "MOLTEN LAVA HOT SAUCE" Series from Western Classic.
Or better,the volcanic "Lousiana Hot Sauce "with the following
recipe:
10lbs. chicken wings
1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
2 cups " Lousianna Hot Sauce"
Split chicken wings at each joint and discard tip;pat dry.
Deep fry for 12 minutes or until crispy.May also be
baked in 400* oven for 50 minutes.
Combine Hot Sauce and butter .Dip chicken wings in sauce and
serve hot.
Yogurt is the antidote for Guests who can't take a
" Little Hot Sauce".
I love this Country !!!!!!!!!!!

Wings?? The sauce should be the last thing you should be worrying about. Go for a grilled skinless chicken breast instead!!

So you like Breasts !!!!!!!
For Chicken Breast "Quickies" follow this recipe:
Remove skin from breasts of chicken;brown in hot cooking oil,
place breasts in shallow baking pan
Now make a "Quick Cranberry Baste":
In a small saucepan,heat 398ml can Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry
Sauce with 1/4 cup brown sugar,1 tbsp red wine vinegar and 1 tbsp
curry powder,Cook over medium heat,stirring occasionally until
boiling.Reduce heat;simmer 15 min.stirring occasionally.(Sauce
will thicken)
Now brush sauce on chicken breasts in the oven or finish breasts on
the BBQ turning frequently to prevent burning.

Make yourself a "Caeser" during the operation !!!!!!!!!!

For the best results... Cut skinless chicken breasts into 3/4 inch wide strips (1/4 inch thick).

Marinade in a teriyaki blend of your choice in the refrigerator for 3 hours

Skewer the strips zigzag folded style over wooden skewers (should get between 2 to 2 1/2 strips per skewer if breast was slightly pounded and cut lengthwise.

throw in oven 18 mins @ 375 degrees or on your BBQ at whatever works for X amount of time!

DO NOT OVER COOK!!! Will result in cockadoodle drought! Nothin' worse than dry Chicken!

Baste as needed or desired.

Serve with vegetables of choice and Basmati Rice.

A couple was celebrating their golden wedding anniversery.
Their domestic tranquility had long been the talk of the town,
" What a peaceful and loving couple".
A local newspaper reporter was inquiring as to the secret of their
long and happy marriage.
" Well,this dates back to our honeymoon," explained the man.
" We visited the Grand Canyon and took a trip down to the bottom
of the Canyon by a pack of mules.We hadn't gone to far when my wife's
mule stumbled.My wife quietly said,"Thats one's".
We proceeded a little further and the mule stumbled again.
Once more my wife quietly said ,"That's twice".
We hadn't gone a half- mile when the mule stumbled again the third
time.My wife quietly removed a revolver from her purse and shot the mule dead.
I started an angry protest over her treatment of the mule,when she looked at me ,and quietly said " That's once".
"And we lived happely ever after".
I love this Country !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
