Default Timer Device ?

She was in the kitchen doing the boiled eggs for breakfast.

He walks in.

She says, "You've got to make love to me -- this very moment."

He thinks, 'This is my lucky day,' and gives it his all on the kitchen table.

He says afterwards, "What was that all about?"

She says, "The egg timer's broken."

Why do people constantly return to the refrigerator with hopes that something new to eat will have materialized?

Probably not, I bet it was more like 10 minutes...

I usually like my eggs on the softer side but have to admit that in this case super hard as a rock boiled egg might be better! [:I]

The assumption in this joke is that you know that you cook an egg for four minutes if placed in boiling water.

The more flattering (for the guys) method is to bring the water to a boil from cold, remove from heat, and let stand for 16 minutes.

I never get lost. It's just that sometimes, I'm not sure where I am.
