Question My Snowshoe pole has broke

Hi all My Komperdell Snowshoe poles
Trying to find any info or how I can fix it or send them toKomperdell this is want happened when I closed them, they are just two pieces. Icould not get them to extend out I managed to get one to move but the other I forceit and the Threaded Pole Adjustment Partstayed inside it has come off the end of the section and is lodge insideright at the top!
Can it be repaired?
I have no idea how I can get the adjustment plug out of thepole
Any ideas?

put them into the recycling bin
get another set, you can get poles for as low as 30$ for the same quality

Going to replace the broke parts MCC has spare parts for the poles so replace and leave the plug that is jam in in so i can still use them just need to make sure they are the right size and see how that gose lot cheap then poles have not found any like the ones i had for snowshoeing
