Bow Hut staff trip
 

Again this Dec. our manager from the store in Banff organised a trip into Bow Hut for the staff, and I tagged along! Such beautiful weather for such an easy snowshoe into a big part of paradise. https://www.clubtread.com/forumPix/337000/337740.jpg We were a group of 10 this year, most on AT gear some snowboarders on snowshoes going in and a couple of split boards.
The conditions this year were early season but still very rewarding...most of the creek was frozen but areas of the lake were not! After not hiking for too long this was a wonderful trip to get back into hiking!

Good to see your getting out and having fun! What the heck are you packing on the front shoulder strap in the pic next to the hut? Is that your "on trail" beverage dispensor? LOL!!Thanks for sharing.

LOL I can't freeze the bevies... seriously Darren! you of all people should know the adult bevies are important! lol and on the other side is my camera case! looks a little like rocket launchers!
