What can I say...spent 5 glorious days hiking the Berg Lake Trail (second time) and out to Snowbird Pass. The weather was outstanding (warm/sunny) and the views were spectacular. Aprox. 70km hiked in total. 2 nights at Whitehorn on way in and back to save my gf's knees and 2 nights at Berg w/ day hikes.

One hell of a holiday in one hell of a nice chunk of the Rockies

Trail was in great shape and not too busy. Not a sign of bear around although with the number of people coming through I can see why. Rangers were out in force which was nice to see...

lol the Tonquin was a riot! and again the same great weather, man what a treat!

Quite possible - we love it there and beyond skiing I'm sure there is plenty of stuff to do there in the winter...I want to get into snow shoeing I think...

With Sun Peaks so close and being such a great hill our skiing is right next door

The day we got up to Berg we headed up the hill to Tobaggan Falls - my gf had some blisters developing so we didn't head up much further then that. Back down to camp to hang on the beach

Next day was a full one out to Snowbird...well worth it of course though...
