Default Do you bring

Does any of you bring music like a discman or mp3 player?

I know I do for those rainy days in the tent.

Just wondering.

Keep it coming

I sometimes bring whats called a stick guitar. Other people call it a Backpacker guitar. Its small, light, and plays like a 6 string. Great around a camp fire, or in a tent on a rainy day.

Keep on Trekking

I've heard that Hiker Boy can play some wicked tunes with 2 pots, 3 stoves and a spork. <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> I'm probably opening myself up to a good flaming - oops.. Another pun..

Foxtrots sent this to me to pass along to the group. It is a picture of the guitar he was talking about.

you got to have some music, without it your bound to go a little crazy out there. I know i like to listen to the birds they go tweet tweet. discmans aren't the way to go though gotta get a walkman batteries last longer and they dont skip.

I can usually make do quite happily with a book. I might take my son's Gameboy if I do any longer trips this summer though.

Look out, I have friends from Georgia who may bring a banjo along!

See you on the mountain!
