Default Mt Waddington/Jeffery or Monarch/Migma?

Having enjoyed the Ape Lake region last year I am thinking about another fly-in fly-out Chilcotin adventure.

I'm not a climber though I do scramble a bit. I was wondering if anyone has an opinion about whether a trip to the Waddington area would give a hiker/mild scrambler enough to do for 3 or 4 days? I mean obviously the views would be great but would I find myself stuck between two large glaciers at Nabob Pass with little to do other than look around me? I was thinking of flying in to Ephemeron Lake (?) and hiking/scrambling over Jeffery to Nabob Pass but can't find much info on Bivouac or elsewhere. Anything else to do there?

Another option would be to fly into the Surprise Lakes beneath Monarch and maybe scramble around there and up Migma. Again I can find little online. Has anyone here summited Migma or know anyone who has?

Thoughts about which might be better for moving around a bit? I know Russian Front was looking for people for a trip to Nabob a few years ago but I think it got cancelled.

I think as a hiker/scrambler the Migma area would be more attractive. You could easily traverse north all the way to the Turner Lakes.

Traversing Jeffrey involves glacier travel afaik

Thanks Dru, I had a feeling you'd have some input on this one.

I really like the idea of traversing to the Turner Lakes, that's certainly got the cogwheels turning.

(Just in case anyone points it out, it's Success Lakes, not Surprise Lakes.)

Thanks Dru, very useful. Looks pretty much what I expected from playing around in Google Earth but nice to see it photographically.
