Awe Shuksan Baker
It was a good day on Friday to take a day off work and head up Baker. The border had the dogs out sniffing, but the roads were clear and parked at Heather Meadows around 10:30AM. The path was obvious up to Artist Point, and quickly up to Huntoon Point.
Just off the beaten down snowshoe path I was sinking to just below knee level with my snowshoes - lots of fun. Could basically meander almost anywhere and make my own trails. Glorious day and would recommend Baker once or twice per year, instead of the regular north shore mountains.

We took a trip up to Mt. Baker today, and did Artist Point.
That border dog did a sniff around a pickup loaded with motorbikes when we were coming through south @ the border.
