I've deleted all my content. I can't accept Vertical Scope's (the site owner) terms of service and can't stand their use of advertising, particularly the viglink service which inserts links into my posts without my permission. I'm sad to leave the CT community and thank all of those who have contributed over the years.

Very impressive report, really liked the way you organized this into sections with all kinds of great pictures appropiately illustrating each part and mood of your adventure.

Superbly well done

http://peakbagger.com/peak.aspx?pid=-47479 - peak south of Blue Lake.

Dehydration was probably the reason I felt drained on my recent Galene Lakes/Wright Peak trip. Your plan B worked out really well, good write up too.

I was on a pretty good run of successful attempts, but since we didn't get within 15km of the base of the mountain, I ain't counting this as an attempt. Its a beautiful area with wide open ridges to walk and alpine to explore. Looking forward to my next visit.

My hiking career: a selfish pursuit or a pursuit of self?
