Default Biking pass Seymour Dam (Seymour river)

Could you please tell me could I (or you know phone number to call and ask) bike on gravel road pass Seymour Dam? On the right hand of the Seymour lake is Mountain highway going far, up and almost reaching Ben Lomond lake (Ben Lomond and Omer Lakes).

In summer after work I few times biked up to Dam but never explored further. Most of the time no one is there but I don't really want to do it before I ask you for an advice or suggestion. I want to go up and even camp overnight. I am not sure I am allowed to stay overnight in watershed. I hope I can register somehow, show my ID and give my plan in advance. If you know something please share ...

Thanks in advance.

I don't think its allowed, others might know better.

But there is this very interesting report of someone who (almost) did Cathedral that way: Up Cathedral's Backside

No, that is strictly verboten, and they won't authorize any entry unless they have clearance for a professional reason.
