Default Plain dark chocolate?

I ran into some really excellent melt in your mouth, smooth as silk 500g bars of Waterbridge plain dark Belgian chocolate in Walmart the other day for about $4, but was wondering if others have spotted similar or better in other stores. Is there any way to tell which brands might have the best flavoniods content without sending samples to a lab? Thanks.

Walmart also has the 85% caco bars from Lindt. Takes some getting used to the bitterness but they sure are good. I know that Hershey's makes 99% bars but they are impossible to get, only available in the Hershey's store.

Thanks Dax, interestingly Hershey's has a fairly good page on chocolate antioxidants as well;
