The only exercise I would find useful on that list is 'Uphill walking with a pack' since it works all of the leg muscles. There is mistake where it says "Fill your backpack with 5-20g". I'm sure it must mean 'kg'.
If you can't get out every day, then at home doing squats and calf exercise is valuable. Also, add to that list some back exercise especially if planning on a backpack.
